Job summary

International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. Pryor, Oklahoma is seeking an Operator 1 Fluid Bed Main Plant at the Solae Pryor Oklahoma Facility. You will monitor the process flow, operate equipment, and follow safety and GMP guidelines on a 12-hour rotating shift.

You will use Honeywell computer systems to troubleshoot and control processes, perform analytical tests and computations, and maintain a clean, sanitary work area in support of production goals.

Qualifications

• Understand and monitor process flow in their area.
• Troubleshoot and control the process using Honeywell computer systems.
• Operate and understand equipment in their area.
• Adhere to safety policies, operating procedures, GMPs, and product safety manual.
• Perform analytical tests and mathematical computations as needed.
• Communicate with supervision and other workers to ensure proper information flow.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area to support sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control the fluid bed process on the main plant line.
• Operate equipment and ensure smooth production flow.
• Follow safety, GMP, and sanitation requirements at all times.
• Coordinate with supervisors and teammates to maintain communication and efficiency.
• Perform basic tests and calculations to support production targets.
