Job summary

International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. in Pryor, OK is seeking an Operator 1 to join the on-site warehouse team. The role focuses on GMP compliance, safe forklift operation, and accurate inventory management in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

You will perform production transactions, support packaging, and maintain sanitation while collaborating with shift leaders to improve efficiency and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
• Ability to operate forklifts and maintain equipment certifications.
• Understanding of GMP, safety policies, quality standards, and food manufacturing practices.
• Experience using inventory systems, scanners, and completing production transactions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure GMP, food safety, quality standards, and operational procedures.
• Support AutoPack and warehouse operations including pallet handling, labeling, scanning, and inventory accuracy.
• Safely operate forklifts and packing equipment; monitor performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Complete production transactions, batch verification, trailer inspections, and documentation.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and assist with sanitation and material movement.
• Collaborate with team members and shift leaders to improve processes and efficiency.
