Job summary

Alcon is seeking an Operator II/Trainer in Production Technical Operations to operate the production line and serve as a trainer for the team. You will troubleshoot equipment, support quality and regulatory compliance, and help drive safety, efficiency, and cost objectives on the floor.

The role requires readiness to move materials, monitor quality, and uphold SOPs while coaching associates. A technical degree or certification and English fluency are expected for this on-site position.

Are you ready to join us?This role is part of Alcon's Manufacturing function, a team that designs, produces and delivers innovative eyecare products to more than 140 countries through operational excellence and efficiency.The Operator II/Trainer, Production Technical Operations (Para-Professional & Support Path) is primarily responsible for operating the production line as needed and serving as a trainer for the assigned area, while ensuring training compliance requirements are met. This role serves as a technical resource on the production floor, leading day-to-day workflow activities, troubleshooting equipment and process issues, and driving compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
