Job summary

Alcon is seeking an Operator II/Trainer in Production Technical Operations to operate the production line and serve as a trainer for the team. You will troubleshoot equipment, support quality and regulatory compliance, and help drive safety, efficiency, and cost objectives on the floor.

The role requires readiness to move materials, monitor quality, and uphold SOPs while coaching associates. A technical degree or certification and English fluency are expected for this on-site position.

This role serves as a technical resource on the production floor, leading day-to-day workflow activities, troubleshooting equipment and process issues, and driving compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
