TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc. is hiring Operators (Stand Up Forklift) at its Wellford, SC facility. The role supports a large‑scale distribution center. Competitive wages and benefits are offered, including tuition assistance, 401(k), medical/dental/vision coverage, vacation, and holiday pay.

Inbound

• Container unloading and freight palletization
• Pickle Robot freight palletization
• Pallet sortation
• Equipment operation with authorization (Pacer, Clamp, Motorized Pallet Jack, Reach)
• Dock “Pacer” function
• Freight putaway functions – “Putaway Driver”
• Manual inventory verification counts
• Palletize and/or repalletize inbound freight
• Other duties as assigned

Outbound

• Pallet building – off‑stacking freight from the conveyor system to a pallet
• Pallet running – transporting pallets throughout the shipping dock
• Manual trailer loading – loading freight from the conveyor or pallets inside the trailer
• Pallet loading using powered industrial equipment into trailers
• Manual and motorized pallet jacks – moving freight to designated locations in the distribution center
• Manual inventory verification counts
• Stacking and restacking freight as needed
• Freight palletization and preparation for shipment, including manual and automated stretch film applications
• Equipment operation with authorization (Pacer, Clamp, Motorized Pallet Jack, Reach)
• Other duties as assigned

Processing

• Equipment operation with authorization (Pacer, Clamp, Motorized Pallet Jack, Reach)
• Order fulfillment with powered industrial equipment as required
• Full pallet picking and replenishment, including retrieval from RAFT and bulk storage locations
• Manual palletizing of freight
• Autostore detrashing, picking, and packing
• Full case pick to belt putwall induction and packing
• Manual movement of freight, tools, and supplies
• Other duties as assigned

Responsibilities

• Operate lift equipment following distribution center safety guidelines
• Follow inbound SOPs to ensure process adherence and inventory accuracy
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Comply with all company policies
• Possess physical dexterity sufficient to accomplish required tasks
• Use simple math skills to work from lists, orders, or instructions; use a weight scale as needed
• Operate equipment safely and wear specified PPE as required for safety of operator, coworkers, and facility
• Maintain a cooperative attitude toward coworkers and management
• Availability to work long hours and weekends as needed
• Adhere to the company’s quality policy, delivering high‑quality products on time at a cost that represents value
• Strive for continual improvement in departmental processes and functions
• Perform other duties as required

Physical Demands

• Standing or walking for extended periods
• Repetitive motion
• Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling of parts and containers
• Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs; team lifts over 50 lbs
• Work in various temperature conditions
