Job summary

TTI Floor Care in Greer, SC is seeking an Operator II for 1st shift (6:00 am - 2:30 pm, Monday–Friday) to support a large-scale distribution facility. This role involves standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and operating powered equipment with PPE.

Responsibilities include inbound/outbound tasks, palletizing, routing, and tool operation (Pacer, Clamp, reach). The ideal candidate can work long hours when needed, maintain safety, accuracy, and efficiency across all warehouse functions.

Qualifications

• Must be physically dexterous to perform repetitive lifting and moving of parts up to 50 lbs, with team lifts over 50 lbs.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment safely following DC guidelines and required PPE.
• Willingness to work long hours and weekends as needed and maintain accuracy in inventory counts.
• Good basic math skills and attention to detail for putaway, picking, and packing tasks.
• Cooperative attitude toward coworkers and management; adherence to safety and quality policies.

Responsibilities

• Inbound: unload containers, palletize freight, operate equipment with authorization, and verify inventory.
• Outbound: build pallets, transport pallets through shipping dock, load trailers, and perform inventory checks.
• Processing: operate equipment, fulfill orders, and manage full pallet picking, replenishment, and putwall packing.
• Maintain clean, safe workspace and follow SOPs; uphold company quality standards.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisor or department leads.

Job Description:TTI Floor Care has openings in its Greer/Wellford, SC location for Operator II, 1st Shift, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday, (Stand Up Forklift) that will support a large-scale distribution facility.
