Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Manufacturing/Packaging Technician to support pharmaceutical production in Cincinnati, OH. You will follow approved batch records and SOPs, set up and operate equipment, and maintain clean, compliant work areas to ensure quality output.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 2 years of related healthcare manufacturing experience, with strong attention to detail and teamwork. On-site role with full-time hours and competitive benefits.

Our Team, Your Impact

• Perform operations related to the manufacturing and/or packaging of pharmaceutical products through equipment set-up, operation, clean-up and maintenance in compliance with cGMP and company policies.

How You’ll Spend Your Day

• Learn manufacturing/packaging process by following approved batch records, work instructions, SOPs.
• Set up, changeover, program and operate manufacturing/packaging equipment.
• Clean facilities, equipment and utensils per SOPs/WIs.
• Complete required manufacturing/packaging documentation.
• Complete training requirements and maintain 100% compliance.
• Maintain safe and efficient work areas and follow cGMP/SOP/batch record instructions.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer prior manufacturing environment experience in pharmaceutical/nutraceutical/food processing (minimum 2 years); preferably pharmaceutical manufacturing/packaging.
