Environmental Conditions

• Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance
• Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards
• Cleanroom protocol: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair, etc., allowed
• Use of PPE (personal protective equipment) such as safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs, etc.
• Standing for full shift

Work Schedule

• Third Shift (Nights): Sun-Fri 10:00PM - 6:30AM

Location/Division

Millersburg, PA - Single-Use manufacturing locations

Key Responsibilities

• Manually assemble tubing and connectors for medical use
• Read manufacturing drawings and follow SOPs
• Manufacture bags according to product blueprints and GMP standards
• Record and complete documentation accurately
• Promote safety and quality in all activities
• Perform visual inspections on products and report issues
• Participate in Lean PPI culture through various improvement activities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of work experience, preferably in a cGMP environment

Skills and Abilities

• Follow safety protocols
• Drive quality in all activities
• Stand and move about, including reaching, bending, grasping
• Use hand tools and equipment, including forceful gripping, pushing, pulling
• Lift and manipulate up to 50 pounds unassisted occasionally

Physical and Work Environment

• Work in a fast-paced, controlled cleanroom environment for 8 hours, with possible overtime
• Gowning requirements: gloves, hair & beard net, face cover, safety glasses, no makeup/jewelry
• Use PPE and understand chemical hygiene standards
