Job Details

Location: Millersburg, OH

Salary: $20.52 - $21.00 per hour

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Prepare machines for production by tooling and parameter setting according to work orders.
• Monitor production status and address deviations.
• Operate machinery and follow documented procedures.
• Inspect parts, identify defects, discard defective items, and follow protocols.
• Assist maintenance in machine repair and inspection to prevent downtime.
• Adhere to safety and production rules, including proper PPE use.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly in English.
• Experience operating medium complex machinery.
• Good visual acuity.
• Ability to lift medium-heavy objects.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least one year of machine operation experience.
• Experience with power tools.
• Ability to read blueprints.
