Job summary

BlueStar Resort & Golf’s Trilogy at Vistancia golf course is seeking an Operator 2 to maintain greens, bunkers and fairways. This mid-level role reports to the Superintendent and involves operating riding machinery, daily prep, safety compliance, and coordination with the Foreman.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, 1–2 years golf maintenance experience, and be able to work evenings and weekends. A bilingual English/Spanish background is a plus, and a valid driver’s license may be

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One to two years’ golf maintenance experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain bunkers, greens and tees with mowing and hand tools.
• Operate riding machines including triplex units and rough/fairway machines.
• Follow foreman directions and maintain safety protocols.
• Communicate daily with supervisors about tasks and course conditions.
• Perform daily refueling, equipment cleaning and minor repairs.
