Job summary

BlueStar Resort & Golf in Peoria, AZ, seeks an entry-level Operator 1 for the Golf Course Maintenance Team at Trilogy at Vistancia. You will support bunker raking, greens/tees mowing, and daily equipment care under supervision.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Golf maintenance experience or similar field preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret basic reports, plans and SDS.
• Willingness to learn and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Rake bunkers, mow greens/tees and perform various hand mowing tasks.
• Follow directions and take coaching from Foreman/Superintendents.
• Work safely and wear required PPE.
• Report unsafe conditions or accidents to supervisor.
• Communicate daily with supervisors about tasks and maintenance ideas.
• Refuel vehicles and reload materials; maintain equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
