Job summary

Schaeffler Battery Technology, LLC in Wooster, Ohio, is seeking a production operator to prepare machines for the production program by tooling and parametrization according to work orders. You will monitor status across sequences, respond to deviations, and follow documented procedures to maintain quality and efficiency.

In this role you will inspect parts, discard defects, assist maintenance to prevent downtime, and strictly follow safety rules including the use of PPE.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and write clear communication in English.
• Ability to operate medium complex machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Good visual acuity.
• Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship.
