Your Key Responsibilities

• Prepare machines for the production program by tooling and parametrization according to work order information
• Check production status within and in between each production sequence and take action in case of deviations
• Perform operations while controlling machine/production processes and following documented procedures and processes
• Inspect manufactured parts, identify defects and discard defective parts, following proper protocol
• Support maintenance in the repair, prevention of downtime and inspection of machines
• Follow all safety and production rules and ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times

Your Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and write clear communication in English
• Ability to operate medium complex machinery in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift medium‑heavy objects if required
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship

Preferred

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment
• Experience working with power tools
• Ability to read blueprints
• 2nd and 3rd shift premium available
