Job Purpose

Execute production schedules to meet quality, safety, cost, and delivery standards.

Essential Functions

• Implement the daily production schedule across multiple areas as a process owner
• Ensure timely, accurate production, including equipment setup
• Complete operational checks independently
• Train and mentor Operator I personnel
• Follow traceability and quality standards in production
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot machinery safely
• Handle ingredients properly, including staging and measuring
• Complete all required paperwork accurately
• Follow cleaning and allergen control procedures
• Participate in investigations and corrective actions for issues
• Maintain safety and environmental health standards
• Support food safety and quality initiatives
• Serve as backup for Operator I as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 3 years of food manufacturing production experience
• Experience with machine operation and HMI systems
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Willing to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Shift options include:

• Third Shift, 8:30pm-7:00am (Sunday-Wednesday, with occasional Thursdays)
• Third Shift, 9:00pm-7:30am (Sunday-Wednesday, with occasional Thursdays)
