Job Overview

The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting assigned machines. They will also inspect parts to specifications and make adjustments or tool changes to maintain quality.

Responsibilities

• Work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment following standardized work and safety practices.
• Set up and operate production machines according to procedures.
• Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams for machinery setup.
• Adjust machine settings to meet specifications and timelines.
• Perform pre-operation activities for equipment startup.
• Operate and monitor multiple machines to ensure quality and minimize downtime.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure high-quality production with minimal waste.
• Complete documentation such as daily production reports and safety inspections.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Machine Operator is a plus.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of production procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
