Seeking an individual to perform various duties at an aggregate plant facility, including equipment operation, welding, and other plant-related tasks. Must be dedicated, willing to learn, and interested in building a career while maintaining high safety standards. This is an entry-level equipment operator position; training will be provided for the right candidate.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Operate equipment to support daily plant production and operations
  • Assist plant supervisor with operational tasks and maintenance
  • Inspect plant areas for necessary maintenance, repairs, and screen changes
  • Perform welding and fabrication duties as needed
  • Identify safety hazards and equipment malfunctions, responding appropriately
  • Follow directions accurately
  • Work evenings and weekends as required
  • Adhere strictly to safety protocols per MSHA and OSHA guidelines
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Skills & Knowledge
  • Experience with large aggregate equipment (loader, haul truck, water truck, skid steers) preferred
  • Knowledge of welding and mechanics preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • MSHA certification preferred
