J OB PURPOSE:

This position is responsible for performing simple fabrication duties with supervision.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Fabricates pultruded profiles per customer specifications and/or drawings
• Proficient with appropriate tools including tape measure
• Ability to read basic blueprints
• Ability to follow standard work directions
• Adheres to safety and environmental policies

QUALIFICATIONS: Experience, Competencies and Education

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance
• Complete training period in Fabrication Department

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF JOB:

This position requires that the employee be able to perform the following physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation:

• Stand for long periods of time
• Bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, walking
• Ability to lift 40 pounds
