MUST BE 18 YEARS OLD TO APPLY AND NOT CURRENTLY ENROLLED IN HIGH SCHOOL“This role will require extended hours based on production needs, including work to be performed after regular business hours and on weekends.”Operator IOversee efficient packaging of finished goods through operation and maintenance of Portable Snack machine.Major Duties and Responsibilities:Performs all work in a safe manner; remain constantly aware of continuous improvement(s) for safety-related opportunities.Set-up and run machine according to daily production schedule while complying with all quality standards and specifications.Ensure line is stocked with proper materials and productsInspect package for proper seal, dating, film alignment and product qualityEfficiently load top film when role is running low and/or when switching to packaging of different productChange parts correctly according to production scheduleControl the waste of packaging materials and productsOperate machine to maintain proper seals, proper weights, proper vacuum and accurate, legible coding of packageKeep accurate daily paperwork and communicate any downtime over 15 minutes to supervisor and maintenanceEnsure proper assembly of Multipond Scales and Mondini SealerMaintain clean and organized work areaFollow GMP/HAACP proceduresMaterials and Equipment:Mondini Sealer, Multipond scales, Waldrop denester, Deville DicerRolls of film and plastic traysProduction schedule, production reportsLadderWork Environment:Stand on concreteCold and wet environmentsWork alone or with othersLoud (earplugs required)Physical Requirements:Hand/eye coordination 12.
