Qualifications

• HAZWOPPER, TENORM, H2S, Confine Space and Rescue, First Aid training preferred.
• Perform pre- and post-inspections and routine maintenance.
• Physical requirements: sit, lift, bend, kneel, crawl.
• Be able to work extended hours and variable shifts.
• Certifications: HAZWOPPER, TENORM, H2S; Confine Space & Rescue; First Aid.
• OSHA 10 required within 30 days of hire.
• CDL preferred; Driver's License required.
• Pass pre-employment background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist fellow crew members wherever required to get the job done.
• Comply with PPE and safety protocols.

Responsible for the successful completion of hydro excavation projects including: utility line exposure, debris removal, slot trenching and digging.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Qualifications

• Work outdoors - perhaps in some extreme climates
• Operate hydrovac trucks and equipment in a safe and professional manner, ensure hydrovac truck and all equipment are in good working condition
• Preform pre and post inspections, as well as routine maintenance
• Must be able to sit, lift, stoop, bend, squat, kneel, reach and crawl repetitively
• Must be capable of working extended hours and variable shifts
• HAZWOPPER, TENORM, H2S, Confine Space and Rescue, First Aid, training preferred
• OSHA 10, required within 30 days of hire
• Assist fellow crew members wherever required to get the job done (may entail manual labor and/or be outside your ticketed trade)
• CDL preferred
• May work around some hazardous material
• Hydrovac experience preferred
• Set up and inspect grounding and/ or bonding procedures for hydrovac operation
• Personal Protective equipment (PPE) required
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background and drug screening
• Driver's License required
• Complete all required paperwork properly and submit on time
