Job summary

Cemex US in Immokalee, FL is seeking an Operator General to manage plant production operations, perform maintenance on fixed equipment, and support safety standards. The role requires the ability to diagnose problems, conduct preventative maintenance, and work a flexible shift schedule including overtime and weekends.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of aggregate facility experience, a high school diploma or GED, and welding/cutting skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in operating and maintaining an aggregate facility.
• English reading/writing/speaking required.
• Welding and cutting experience highly preferred.
• Core understanding of conveyor belts, shaker screens, sand screws, and cyclone operations.
• Ability to work scheduled shift hours and be flexible with scheduling, overtime and weekends.
