Nestlé Health Science in Boca Raton, FL is seeking an entry-level Production Operator to support the manufacturing line. You will operate and monitor equipment, follow safety and quality procedures, and help ensure every item meets our standards.
This 3rd shift runs Sunday night through Friday morning, 11:00 pm–7:30 am, with onboarding in the first week. No prior experience required beyond 0–2 years; attention to detail and teamwork are key.

To ensure a successful start and seamless integration into the team, this role includes a structured 4–5-day onboarding program, typically scheduled from 8:0 AM to 5:00 PM. All new employees are expected to complete this onboarding during their first week.
As an Operator, you’ll help make the world-class products behind the brands everyone knows and loves. You’ll work with machinery, follow safety and quality procedures, and make sure everything runs smoothly on the production line. This is an entry‑level role where attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn are key.
