Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Packaging Associate to operate and monitor production equipment, load and unload materials, and perform quality checks. This role supports our Packaging Department and follows cGMP guidelines.

The position offers a 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM) with onboarding in the first week; candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and read, write, and understand English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout your shift.

SHIFT/SCHEDULE:

2nd shift, with a schedule of Monday - Friday, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM.

ONBOARDING SCHEDULE:

To ensure a successful start and seamless integration into the team, this role includes a structured 4-5-day onboarding program, typically scheduled from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All new employees are expected to complete this onboarding during their first week.

This role will support our Packaging Department.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate and monitor production equipment

• Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery

• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance

• Accurately measure and scale ingredients

• Complete quality checks and record data

• Keep your work area clean

• Follows safety rules, SOP’s and cGMP guidelines

• Performs other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout your shift

SKILLS:

• Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and inventory processes (preferred)

• Comfortable using computers or tablets

• Able to read, write, and understand English

• Basic math and mechanical understanding

• Strong attention to detail

• Team-oriented and dependable

• Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens

Pay: per hour

Bonus Eligibility: Yes

The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
