Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Senior Operator for the Mogul Department in Texas. You will lead complex manufacturing tasks, ensuring safe, efficient operation and cross-team collaboration. This role supports production quality and lives by our standards of safety and teamwork.

The position runs on the 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, with onboarding and ongoing training to ensure a successful integration into the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or factory setting preferred.
• Able to read, write, and understand English.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout your shift.

Responsibilities

• Set up, clean, operate, and maintain equipment and machinery.
• Monitor and control process parameters to meet safety and quality standards.
• Perform in-process checks and quality inspections.
• Accurately scale and measure ingredients.
• Complete data entry using paper forms, computers, or tablets.
• Collaborate across departments to meet production goals.
• Follows safety rules, SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

SHIFT/SCHEDULE:

This role operates on the 1st shift, with a schedule of Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM.

ONBOARDING SCHEDULE:

To ensure a successful start and seamless integration into the team, this role includes a structured 4–5-day onboarding program, typically scheduled from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All new employees are expected to complete this onboarding during their first week.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Set up, clean,operate, andmaintainequipmentand machinery

Monitor and control process parameters to meet safety and quality standards

Perform in-process checks and quality inspections

Accurately scale and measure ingredients

Complete data entry using paper forms, computers, or tablets

Collaborate across departments to meet production goals

Follows safety rules,SOP’sand cGMP guidelines

Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or GED preferred

1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or factory setting preferred

Able to read, write, and understand English

Able tolift upto 50lbsand stand, bend, and move throughout your shift

• Ability to work at heights of up to 25 feet

SKILLS:

Understanding of basic manufacturing equipment and inventory processes

Comfortable using computers, tablets, and other digital tools

Basic math skills and mechanical understanding

Team-oriented and dependable

Strong attention to detail

Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens

Flexible to work overtime based on business needs

Pay: $18.72 per hour

The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
