Job summary

Recochem is seeking a Nights Forklift Operator in Alsip, IL to move goods within our warehouse using a sit-down forklift for a 10:00pm–6:30am shift. The role requires a minimum of 6 months forklift experience and 1 year in manufacturing/warehouse settings, with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, locating stock, inspecting pallets, and maintaining safety and inventory records. © The position is bonus eligible and based at the Alsip facility.

Qualifications

Job Overview

The ForkliftOperator (Nights, 10:00pm – 6:30am) is within our Auto/Car Care/Prestone division and is responsible for moving goods around warehouses using a sit-down forklift. This role is located at our Alsip, Illinois facility.

The expected compensation for this position is an hourly rate of $21.00 - $22.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications and is bonus eligible.

Your Role at Prestone

• Loading, unloading, storing and relocating materialswithin the warehouse and facility.
• Locating and moving stockfor storage, shipment or production lines.
• Inspect completed pallets for visual damage or product leaks.
• Transporting raw materialsto production workstations.
• Inspect equipment to determine the need for repairs and ensuring safety.
• Keeping updated recordsof inventory and activity logs.
• Complying with company policiesand legal guidelines.
• Maintaining a safe and orderly environmentin the facilities
