Job summary

Recochem is seeking a Nights Forklift Operator in Alsip, IL to move goods within our warehouse using a sit-down forklift for a 10:00pm–6:30am shift. The role requires a minimum of 6 months forklift experience and 1 year in manufacturing/warehouse settings, with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, locating stock, inspecting pallets, and maintaining safety and inventory records. © The position is bonus eligible and based at the Alsip facility.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings preferred.
• Sit-down forklift experience preferred (minimum 6 months).
• Ability to work nights and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, store and relocate materials within the warehouse.
• Locate and move stock for storage, shipment or production lines.
• Inspect pallets for damage or leaks and ensure proper handling.
• Transport raw materials to production workstations and maintain safety.
• Keep inventory records and activity logs up to date.
• Comply with company policies, legal guidelines and safety requirements.
