Job Description

The Operator – Filling will perform the following responsibilities:

• Operate Filling Lines in accordance with the Production Plan and LQS/GQS requirements.
• Actively participate in creating a workplace that adheres to HSSE rules and regulations, including avoiding activities that can harm people or the environment.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance team to ensure maximum availability of Filling and associated equipment.
• Conduct regular quality inspections.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of filling machine equipment.
• Be familiar with potential hazards in the workplace (including Quality, Environmental, and Safety hazards) and know how to mitigate risks.
• Ensure the application of 5S principles in the workplace.
• Report incidents, potential incidents, and near misses promptly through proper channels.
• Perform waste segregation (organic, non-B3, and B3 waste) and manage flush oil handling in Filling.
• Maintain asset integrity and achieve OEE targets above 70%.
