Job Summary

The Equipment Operator position operates powered equipment in mowing golf course putting greens, collars, approaches, and tees. Operates lawnmowers or tractor-drawn mowers in mowing golf course areas.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Adhere to all written standards of operations, policies, procedures, manuals, memos, and oral instructions.
• Service golf courses, including changing pin placements, tee markers, trash removal, and maintaining the course's appearance.
• Mow greens, tees, slopes, collars, roughs, and fairways with appropriate equipment.
• Prepare sand bunkers for daily play using proper equipment and procedures.
• Wash, fuel (if applicable), and store equipment properly.
• Assist other staff members to complete tasks efficiently.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of motorized equipment.

About You

• Minimum 1 year of golf course maintenance experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
