Job summary

Workwear Outfitters seeks an Emblem Sew Operator to measure, mark, and sew emblems on garments according to specifications. You will fix errors as needed and verify logo placements, striping, pockets, and options on each item.

The role emphasizes safety, quality control, and reliable production, with opportunities to contribute to a strong team in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Sewing/embroidery experience is helpful but not required.
• Basic communication skills in reading, speaking, and understanding English, plus basic math.
• High attention to detail and quality.
• Demonstrated flexibility and ability to work with others positively.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Must read and understand option codes on Ready Service Worksheets.
• Able to sit for 8 hours and work OT when necessary.
• Able to work as part of a team and possess good communication skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
