Job summary

Workwear Outfitters in Nashville, TN is seeking a Sewing Technician to assemble garments to specification on 1st shift. You will mark, sew, and inspect pieces, ensuring logos, stripes and options align with quality standards.

Ideal candidates have sewing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team. The role requires reading option codes, basic math, and the stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Sewing experience preferred.
• Must observe attendance policy.
• Good attention to detail.
• Write, read, and speak English.
• Must be able to read and understand option codes on Ready Service Worksheets.
• Able to sit for 8 hours and work OT when necessary.
• Able to work as part of a team and possess good communication skills.
• Basic math skills, will be measuring and marking garments.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Measure, mark and sew garments according to specification.
• Check logo placements, striping, pockets and any other additional option on garments.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment that shows pride in Workwear and is worthy of sharing with visitors at all times.

HOURS** :**

1st shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM , Monday thru Friday. Some daily overtime and work on Saturdays may be required, when necessary.
