Uncork Capital in San Francisco seeks an Investment Associate to work directly with Partners on early-stage AI and infrastructure investments. You will source new deals, lead due diligence, and help portfolio companies with GTM, hiring, and fundraising prep.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in product-facing or business roles at AI startups, with strong technical understanding and founder empathy; YC or early-stage startup exposure and SF connections are a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Source new investments by building authentic relationships with founders at demo days and technical events.
• Lead due diligence: evaluate founding teams, conduct market research.
• Support portfolio companies on go-to-market strategy, hiring, and fundraising preparation.
