Mars Wrigley Albany in GA is seeking an Operator Combos to support efficient production of Combos. You will operate machinery, perform changeovers, monitor quality, and work as part of an area team to meet daily output targets.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year manufacturing experience, and basic mechanical aptitude. This position features 12-hour shifts including days and nights, with opportunities for training and career growth.

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday
Hours: 7am-7:30pm Days
7pm – 7:30am Nights
(Hours may differ based on business needs)
Operator (Combos) must also ensure efficiency, operational conformance, product quality and continuous improvement. Functions as a member of an area team which is directly responsible for the efficient production of quality products in the required quantities. Operate/change over specified machinery in the assigned area.
High school diploma, GED or equivalent education
1+ years’ experience in manufacturing
1+ years' mechanically inclined
Frequent lifting/carrying pushing (10-50 lbs) and pushing/pulling (50-300 lbs)
Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, handling and gripping
Ability to work at elevated heights, climb stairs, leaning over equipment and work in confined spaces
Ability to stand and/or work on feet for extended periods (minimum eight hours in one shift).
Ability to read, write and speak English
3+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
JDA and ATLAS knowledge or other warehouse management systems experience
Experience maintaining accurate inventory records
Forklift certification
Performs activities and job tasks within a manufacturing line or area
Operates equipment and changeovers in a safe and efficient manner
Takes corrective actions in solving problems to root cause level
Able to assess equipment operating reliability and perform routine repairs, adjustments, and malfunction troubleshooting
Performs and/or works with Maintenance to complete equipment preventative maintenance (PM)
Performs quality control (QC) tasks such as metal checks, inspection of date codes, item numbers, dump logs, etc.
Maintain accurate records of quality check and keeps detailed logbooks
