Job summary

Aerotek in Holland, MI is seeking an Operator to support the Cell and Module Assembly Departments. This contract-to-hire role offers rotating 12-hour shifts with day and night options and every other weekend off, plus a mix of on-site duties including equipment operation and material movement.

Candidates should have at least 9 months at prior roles, 6 months of manufacturing experience, and the ability to work with PPE and in a clean room.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 9 months tenure at each previous job.
• At least 6 months of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work with PPE and in a clean room environment.
• Ability to maintain employment without gaps exceeding 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Operate standard machinery and ensure smooth production processes.
• Package and move parts and boxes around the plant.
• Primarily focus on machine operating tasks.
