Martin‑Baker America is seeking a Clean, Deburr, Tumble (CDT) Operator to prep in-process parts using deburring, sanding, and polishing. You will interpret blueprints and set up simple equipment in a safe manufacturing environment.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years in manufacturing, strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Local travel may occur and adherence to safety policies is essential.
The CDT (Clean Deburr Tumble) Operator is responsible for prepping in-process parts using deburring, sanding, and polishing applications. Performs manual deburring techniques by utilizing hand tools and pneumatic grinders to smooth edges of machined parts.
Supports production through technical, labor, and maintenance tasks in the heat treat area and across multiple product lines. Ensures safe, accurate, and timely completion of work while following all Martin Baker America policies and procedures.
Primarily in manufacturing areas with required PPE (safety glasses, etc.); exposure to standard plant and office conditions.
