Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; SAP and inventory experience; ability to lead and train others on SOPs.
• At least one year of experience as a split operator or operator.
• Safety-focused and ergonomic for the production floor; follow Safety Policies.
• Follow Kosher and USDA labeling, and process instructions.
• Troubleshoot, verify materials during weigh, and inspect ingredients.
• Strong math for calculating kilograms and bag weights.

You bring

• High School Diploma/Equivalent, SAP and inventory experience, and ability to lead and train Packer and/or Split on Standard Operating Procedures
• At least one year of experience as a split operator or operator role
• Progressively focused on safety and ergonomically functioning for the production floor team members. Follow all Safety Policies set by the company
• Follow Kosher and USDA guidelines status and required labelling, and process instructions
• Ability to troubleshoot, verify materials before, during and completed weigh process and inspect/confirm ingredients
• Strong math aptitude for calculating Kilograms (Kg) per thousand (strong math aptitude suggested) and bag weights

The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position.

Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $28.09-29.00 per hour.
