JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Operate blow mold machinery to support continuous production.
  • Monitor and record jug weights to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Track and document machine temperatures and production data.
  • Inspect jugs for proper trimming and overall quality.
  • Oversee jug flow on conveyors and manage regrind of rejected jugs.
  • Record production counts within designated time intervals.
  • Transfer materials manually and via forklift within production areas.
  • Adjust machinery as needed to maintain product quality.
  • Monitor and regulate regrind flow.
  • Replace filters and perform scheduled preventative maintenance.
  • Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work environment.
  • Accurately complete all required documentation and reports.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must maintain a valid forklift certification issued by the company, per location requirements.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; capable of performing basic mathematical calculations and accurately recording data. Bilingual skillsare beneficial.
  • Ability and willingness to workovertime, weekends, holidays, andvarious shiftsas required.
  • Demonstrated ability to workindependently and collaborativelyin fast-paced, dynamic environments.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
  • Ability to frequently lift up to 60 lbs.
  • Manual and vehicular movement of materials throughout production areas.
  • Frequent physical activity including lifting, reaching, climbing, pulling, stooping, bending, and kneeling.
  • Must maintain constant mental focus and situational awareness in a fast-paced environment.
