Job summary

Carpenter Co. is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Operator B - Rolls Manufacturing to join our Temple, TX team. This 1st shift role starts at 10:00 AM and involves safely transporting foam roll products to support daily production and shipping schedules.

You will operate manufacturing equipment, keep workstations clean and stocked, and communicate daily with Quality Control, department personnel, and management to meet customer demands on time.

Carpenter Co. is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Operator B - Rolls Manufacturing to join our team in Temple, TX. This is a 1st shift position starting at 10:00AM. You will safely and efficiently transport raw, unfinished, and finished foam roll products to support daily production and shipping schedules.

You will operate manufacturing equipment, keep workstations clean and well-stocked, and navigate a busy warehouse environment. Success in this position requires clear daily communication with Quaility Control, department personnel, and your manager to meet customer demands on time.
