Compensation Information

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience

• Operator Assistant Trainee: $16.00/hr.
• Potential Annual Earnings: $83,000
  • Estimated based on hours worked, overtime, location, and position. Employment is not guaranteed for any duration. Final pay discussed at offer.
• Position is eligible for a $300 monthly stipend based out of Fort Lupton, CO.
• $45/day Per Diem
• Hotel accommodations for 60 days for relocation to Fort Lupton, CO.
• 2 weeks on, 1 week off schedule.*Schedules may be adjusted based on industry needs.*

Job Description

Job Duties:

• Under supervision, learn basic safety, repair, and operations procedures for equipment and tools.
• Learn and adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) procedures and guidelines, along with safety and service quality protocols.
• Assist in completing pre- and post-job equipment inspections and related paperwork.
• Assist in rigging-up and rigging-down of operational equipment, including high-pressure iron and hose connections.
• Assist in completing preventative maintenance procedures and maintaining support equipment.
• Assist in cleaning, repairing, and preparing for jobs.
• Practice safe driving procedures when traveling.
• Complete required training following the company's learning development system.

Qualifications:

• CDL permit preferred before start date.
• Must obtain a Class A CDL with tanker endorsement within 90 days of start.
• Clean driving record with no DWI/DUI in past three years or current charges.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Pass background, physical, and drug screening.
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Basic math skills.
• Flexible schedule, long workdays, on-call availability, and exposure to weather conditions.
• Maintain effective working relationships.
