Job summary

Valgroup USA is hiring a Night Shift Operator Assistant for our new PVDC extrusion line in Findlay, Ohio. You will train on a modern line and gain hands-on skills to advance as a skilled operator. Role includes a 2-2-3 12-hour schedule with every other weekend off and on-the-job forklift training.

Starting pay is $23 per hour with Day 1 medical benefits and career advancement opportunities. Benefits include telehealth, life and disability insurance, and a 401(k) with a strong company match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work a 12-hour NIGHT shift and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate extrusion lines and become proficient on the PVDC line.
• Pull and weigh production materials and troubleshoot equipment.
• Forklift training provided as part of the role.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards.
