Job summary

Valgroup USA is hiring a Day Shift Operator Assistant for our new PVDC line in Findlay, Ohio. Learn to operate advanced extrusion lines, pull and weigh production materials, and troubleshoot equipment; forklift training is provided.

This entry level role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a mechanical aptitude with a strong commitment to safe work practices. Expect a 2-2-3 12-hour day schedule with every other weekend off and a generous benefits package.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and careful, safe work practices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for long shifts.
• Willingness to learn and operate manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate the PVDC extrusion line and monitor production quality.
• Pull and weigh production materials and ensure correct quantities.
• Troubleshoot equipment and follow safety procedures; forklift training provided.
