Job summary

Halliburton in Fort Lupton, CO is seeking an Operator Assistant II to support PSL equipment delivery and proppant handling at wellsites. You will perform basic operations, inspections, and maintenance while following HSE guidelines and safety protocols.

The role includes a rotating day/night schedule and eligibility for relocation amenities. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, 3–6 months of related oilfield experience, and the ability to obtain a Class A CDL.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 3–6 months experience as Operator Assistant I –Frac/Acid or 1 year of related oilfield experience.
• Ability to obtain Class A CDL licensure.
• Satisfactory driving record with no DWI/DUI convictions in past three years.
• Completion of Operator Assistant I –Frac/Acid competencies or similar experience.
• Able to lift 60 lbs.
• Able to pass background, physical and drug screen.
• Able to understand and follow routine instructions, oral and written.
• Able to work flexible hours, long days, on-call.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PSL equipment to wellsite under supervision.
• Provide proppant handling services, manifolding rig-up, and tanks measurement.
• Learn basic operations including pre/post job inspections.
• Perform preventative maintenance procedures.
• Operate support equipment (proppant handling, fluid tanks, suction manifolding, treating lines).
• Follow Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures and guidelines.
• Assist in assembly and preparation of equipment for installation and service.
• Assist in clean-up, repair and preparation for next job.
• Promote safety and environmental awareness and comply with procedures.
• Promote quality improvement processes and complete training per company program.

Compensation Information

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.

• Operator Assistant II: $18.00/hour - $29.90/hour
• Potential Annual Earnings:$89,724.45
  • Average annual earnings are an estimationdependent on hours worked per week, overtime hours worked, product service line, location, and position. An offer of employment with Halliburton does not guarantee employment for any length of time. Actual pay will be discussed and finalized at the time of the offer.
• Position is eligible for a $300 monthly stipend based out of Fort Lupton, CO.
• $45/day Per Diem
• Hotel accommodations for 60 days for employee's relocating to the Fort Lupton, CO area.
• 2 weeks on 1 week off schedule (rotating day/night shifts). Halliburton reserves the right to adjust schedules based on industry needs.

Job Duties and Qualifications

Job Duties:

• Under supervision, delivers Product Service Line (PSL) equipment towellsite
• Providesproppanthandling services,manifoldingrig-up and tanks measurement during thejob
• Learns basic operations to include but not limited to:

• Performing pre/post job equipment inspections

• Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness, and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures andregulations
• Promotes and takes an active part in quality improvementprocesses
• Completes training as required following the Company’s learning development system andprocesses

Requirements:

• Must have High school diploma or equivalenteducation
• Must have 3-6 months experience as Operator Assistant I –Frac/Acid or 1 year of related work experience in oilfieldservices
• Must be able to obtain Class A CDL licensure
• Must have a satisfactory driver record with no DWI/DUI convictions in the past three years or any current DWI/DUI charges
• Completion of Operator Assistant I –Frac/Acid competencies, or similar level of competence from previous industry experience
• Able to lift 60 lbs.
• Able to communicate effectively withothers

• Able to perform basic mathematicalcalculations
