Worthington Enterprises in Wisconsin is seeking multi-level Operators to safely manufacture quality parts on a fast-paced assembly line. Roles include running entry-level equipment, assembling parts, inspecting quality, and maintaining clean, safe work areas.

Shifts include 2nd and 3rd with hours, pay starts at $21.43–$26.50 per hour plus $1.50 night shift differential, plus overtime incentives and a $1,500 sign-on bonus. Benefits start day one, with HSA contributions and on-site amenities.

  • Perform duties on the production line including assembly and quality inspections.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and follow tracking procedures.
  • Complete required paperwork and follow company policies.

Job description

Worthington Enterprises is seeking multi-level Operators. These positions will be responsible for safely manufacturing quality parts on a fast-paced assembly line.

Shifts Available
  • 2nd - Monday through Friday - 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm OR 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm
  • 3rd - Monday through Friday - 10:00 pm to 6:00 am

Responsibilities
  • Ability to work in a team environment focused on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
  • Capable of working shifts with rotation.
  • Know and follow plant safety rules, policies, and procedures.
  • Follow setup and operational procedures to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Run entry-level equipment, completing processes per SOPs.
  • Perform duties on the production line, including product transfer, parts assembly, and quality inspections.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and follow tracking procedures.
  • Follow company policies. Assist others as needed. Maintain a clean work area.
  • Complete required paperwork.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by lead or supervisor.
  • Conduct all duties in line with Our Philosophy and legal, ethical, and contractual standards.
  • Perform assembly, testing, material handling, welding, press room, and paint line operations.
  • Follow detailed instructions to manufacture quality parts safely.
  • Detect and address defects and quality issues.
  • Count, label, and handle small parts accurately.
  • Maintain safety standards by following policies and procedures.
