Job summary

Novares US LLC in Felton, PA is hiring Manufacturing Team Members for the Operator Level 1 role on 2nd shift (3pm–11pm) and 3rd shift (11pm–7am). This entry‑level position offers a stable path in a quality‑driven environment.

You will visually inspect parts, pack to specifications, and assist with assembly across several machines, while maintaining safety, housekeeping and accurate production tracking. A generous benefits package includes paid time off and a $1.00 per hour attendance bonus paid

Responsibilities

• Visually inspects all parts to ensure that the quality is acceptable.
• Pack parts per packaging specifications.
• Assemble cells, follow work instructions to complete specific tasks.
• Maintain efficiencies on all semi-automatic presses and assembly cells.
• Drive and maintain housekeeping chores to ensure safety and cleanliness at all times, especially around injection molding presses.
• Tracks scrap amounts by recording them on Production Analysis Sheet.
• Monitors the quality of parts by recording inconsistencies on the Concern Report.
• Monitors the quantity of production by using simple mathematical formulas and recording quantities on the Tracking Sheet.
• Adheres to all IATF16949, ISO14001 & ISO45001 and Company policies and procedures.

Competitive hourly rate + benefits + $1.00/hr attendance bonus paid weekly

Job Summary

Visually inspects and packs product with an emphasis on quality and productivity while contributing to and maintaining a team-oriented environment. Assembly work is also required on multiple machines.

Primary Responsiblities/Essential Job Functions

• Pack parts per packaging specifications.
• Assembly cells, follow work instructions to complete specific tasks.
• Maintain efficiencies on all semi-automatic presses and assembly cells.
• Drive and maintain housekeeping chores to ensure safety and cleanliness at all times, especially around injection molding presses.
• Tracks scrap amounts by recording them on Production Analysis Sheet.

• Assists with certifying as needed.
• Adheres to all IATF16949, ISO14001 & ISO45001 and Company policies and procedures.
• Follows FIFO on all components and WIP product.
• Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
