Qualifications

• Manual dexterity to assemble, operate, adjust, and inspect parts and equipment.
• Ability to visually inspect small parts and detect defects.
• Basic reading and math skills to understand work instructions, quality data, and production reports.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Valid U.S. work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment per SOPs.
• Produce parts meeting quality, safety, and production standards.
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks on finished parts.
• Identify and report process or product issues to team leadership.
• Accurately record production data and complete required documentation.
• Package, label, and identify parts correctly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area per 5S standards.
• Clean and inspect workstations before and during production.
• Communicate important information during shift handoffs.
• Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement activities.
• Support coworkers and contribute to a positive team environment.

• Operate production equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures
• Produce parts that meet quality, safety, and production standards
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks on finished parts
• Identify and report process or product issues to team leadership
• Accurately record production data and complete required documentation
• Package, label, and identify parts correctly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with 5S standards
• Clean and inspect workstations before and during production
• Communicate important information during shift handoffs

Skills & Qualifications
