Thomson Reuters offers a 3rd shift opportunity in Eagan, Minnesota for a #2 Operator in Prepress. The role leads a crew, provides training, and ensures high-quality output with continuous improvement. Core duties include setup delegation, equipment checks, and effective cross-shift communication.
The position requires a high school diploma or higher, Lean/CI experience, and strong measurement skills. Physical requirements include lifting and standing, with background/drug checks as applicable.
As a #2 Press Operator, you will be responsible for working as a Mid-Level Operator on our Core Print Solutions team. In this role you will provide leadership, work direction, and train/develop the skills of the crew to consistently optimize overall performance.

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations. For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation hourly range for this role is $21 USD - $39 USD. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
