Aspire Bakeries LLC in Chaska, MN is hiring for an Operator 2, Bakery- Production - 2nd Shift. You will operate and monitor production and packaging equipment to uphold safety, quality, and efficiency in our bakery operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are seeking a Operator 2, Bakery- Production - 2nd Shift to join our team at our Chask, MN bakery. As a Operator 2, Bakery- Production - 2nd Shift, you will be accountable for operating and monitoring production and packaging equipment to support safe, efficient, and high-quality food manufacturing operations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining product quality standards, ensuring food safety compliance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the bakery.

Shift & Schedule

• Shift: 2nd Shift
• Hours: 2:45 PM – 11:00 PM

Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $21.92 - $22.50

Core Accountabilities (What You’ll Be Doing)

• Operate automated production and packaging equipment to support efficient manufacturing operations.
