Qualifications

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to work in hot, cold, wet, and noisy manufacturing environments.
• Ability to follow safety procedures, GMP requirements, and standard operating instructions.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn production equipment operation.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated production and packaging equipment to support efficient manufacturing operations.
• Monitor and adjust equipment settings to maintain product quality and food safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and sanitation requirements throughout the production process.
• Support preventive maintenance activities and identify equipment issues requiring corrective action.
• Maintain production readiness by ensuring materials and supplies are available when needed.

About the Role

We are seeking a Operator 2, Bakery- Production - 3rd Shift to join our team at our Chask, MN bakery. As a Operator 2, Bakery- Production - 3rd Shift, you will be accountable for operating and monitoring production and packaging equipment to support safe, efficient, and high-quality food manufacturing operations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining product quality standards, ensuring food safety compliance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the bakery.

Shift & Schedule

• Shift: 2nd Shift
• Hours: 2:45 PM – 11:00 PM

Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $21.92 - $22.50
