Aspire Bakeries LLC is seeking a Production Operator II for its Chaska, MN bakery. You will operate and monitor production and packaging equipment to support safe, efficient, and high-quality food manufacturing operations.

The role focuses on maintaining product quality and food safety, supporting continuous improvement, and adhering to GMP and sanitation standards in a fast-paced environment. Shift is 3rd, with long hours and weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Able to work in hot, cold, wet, and noisy environments.
• Follow safety procedures, GMP requirements, and SOPs.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are seeking a Production Operator II to join our team at our Chaska, MNbakery. As a Production Operator II, you will be accountable for operating and monitoring production and packaging equipment to support safe, efficient, and high-quality food manufacturing operations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining product quality standards, ensuring food safety compliance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the bakery.

Shift & Schedule

• Shift: 3rd shift
• Hours: 9:30pm-7am Sunday 10:45pm-7am Monday through Thursday
• Weekend Availability: Required

Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $21.92 - $22.50

Core Accountabilities (What You'll Be Doing)

• Operate automated production and packaging equipment to support efficient manufacturing operations.
• Monitor and adjust equipment settings to maintain product quality and food safety standards.

Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)

• High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to work in hot, cold, wet, and noisy manufacturing environments.
• Ability to follow safety procedures, GMP requirements, and standard operating instructions.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn production equipment operation.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous manufacturing experience.
• Food manufacturing or food processing experience.
• Experience operating automated production or packaging equipment.
• Experience performing basic equipment troubleshooting and minor mechanical adjustments.
