Resource MFG in St. Joseph, MI seeks an experienced Machine Operator for an afternoon shift (3:00pm–11:00pm) on a temp-to-hire basis. The role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining equipment to meet production goals, with a pay rate of $24.81 per hour.

You will monitor performance, perform routine maintenance, and ensure quality output in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates will have experience with automotive braking and chassis components, follow safety
