Job summary

Fettig is seeking Production Operators for all shifts near Walker, MI. The role offers room for growth and ongoing learning. Pay ranges from $17 - $19 per hour, depending on shift and experience.

You will operate machines, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality across production runs. Ideal candidates have manufacturing or machine operation experience, basic math and measurement skills, and are comfortable with computers.

Qualifications

• Prior machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Metal fabrication or CNC experience preferred.
• Strong math and measurement skills.
• Mechanically inclined and able to learn new equipment.
• Comfortable using computers.
• Adheres to safety guidelines and maintains a safe workplace.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines and monitor production.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Ensure product quality meets standards.
• Perform setup and adjustments on machines.
• Follow order specifications for each run.
• Pack and stack products.
• Keep workspace clean and organized.
