Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc. in Zelienople, PA, is seeking an Entry-Level Operator 1 for Warehouse Operations on a 12-month contract (W2). The role runs 7:30am–4:00pm, 40 hours per week, 1st shift, with a pay range of $16–$20 per hour.

Responsibilities include receiving, shipping, material movement, and inventory control within a medical device environment. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, basic PC skills, and familiarity with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in the basic use of data collection devices (inventory system). Understanding of transactional data within an MRP system as it relates to inventory movements.

• Receives, ships, moves, manufactures, or controls raw materials, product, recyclable materials, and waste.
• Operates equipment/machinery when necessary; prioritize work with the team to meet customer needs.
• Prepares and maintains records and documents as required.
• Documents raw materials inventories; supports continuous improvement in training and team performance.
• Integrates Quality Systems in all Functions/Activities.
• Maintains inventory record accuracy to support the facility.
• Responsible for storeroom functions and inventory control.
• Other duties as assigned.

• The position of Warehouse Team Member performs activities related to the receipt, shipment, movement, manufacture, or control of raw materials, product, recyclable materials, and waste. Operates equipment/machinery when necessary.

• Performs activities related to the receipt, shipment, movement, manufacture, or control of raw materials, product, recyclable materials, and waste.

• Possess mechanical ability and familiarity with hand tools and facility equipment.
• Must be able to prepare and maintain appropriate documentation related to the Receipt, Transfer, and Shipment of products as required.
