Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely move products within the distribution center in Redlands, CA. The role requires operating MHE, using an RF scanner, and following site safety procedures.

Pay rate is $21 per hour with a 2pm–10:30pm shift. A High School Diploma or GED is required, plus slipsheet experience. Training and certification may be provided as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe loading/off-loading of pallets to prevent damage.
• Locate and replenish picking locations as needed.
• Become backup for other warehouse positions when required.

Job Responsibilities: (Primary Duties, Roles, and/or Authorities)

• Load and off-load inbound and outbound shipments utilizing the WMS.
• Report discrepancies between the inventory count and shipping/receiving documents.
• Ensure every effort is made to load/off-load pallets in a manner that promotes safety and impedes damage.
• Locates and retrieves products as well as replenishes picking locations.
• Become knowledgeable of the responsibilities of the other warehouse positions. Assist as required. Act as back up at times of absence or vacation.

Job Responsibilities: (Primary Duties, Roles, and/or Authorities) Transport palletized product within the distribution center (unload, put away double deep, bulk and full pallet pick, load, replenishment) Operate material handling equipment, including high reach, counterbalance, electric pallet jack, and dock stocker. Use RF Scanner and WMS to ensure inventory accuracy and track products throughout the site. Ensure product integrity while performing all tasks. Follow site safety procedures, including required PPE (safety vest, safety shoes). Cross train and become knowledgeable in other areas. Provide backup support when required.

Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED, preferred. 1 year of relevant experience, required in lieu of High School Diploma or GED. Intermediate experience with either a high reach or counterbalance required. Experience with Manhattan WMS, preferred.
